Currently, users looking to review or sign multiple contracts on SpotDraft face the challenge where each contract must be created, uploaded, reviewed, and signed separately. This increases the risk of losing track of which contracts need to be reviewed and signed together. With this update we kick start our evolution of bringing multiple contracts for storage, review, and signing into a single packet (or envelope). In the first version, users can keep track of all related contracts and their statuses in a single view by using tags and solve for the problem of visibility.

It eliminates the need for manual data transfer between procurement and CLM tools, reducing the risk of errors.

We're making the DraftMate and Workflow Manager seamless to allow easy edits and syncing of template documents from MS Word, eliminating the need for tedious downloads and uploads. How It Works: Users will now have the ability open template documents directly in MS Word via DraftMate, make necessary changes, and instantly sync these edits back to the Workflow Manager with a simple click. This seamless connection saves time and removes the risk of uploading the wrong document version, ensuring that the workflow always uses the latest template.

We're automating the manual placement of signature fields every time a contract needs to be prepared for signing, in order to make SpotDraft's signature flow more intelligent and user-friendly . We're using machine learning to intelligently identify signature blocks and place signing fields on your contract, without any manual intervention.

Darwinbox is a new-age HRMS suite that is used by enterprises across the globe. When an employee is being onboarded onto a company, there are numerous agreements that he/she would need to sign (Employment Agreement, Offer Letter etc.). With the SpotDraft <> Darwinbox integration, the necessary contracts can be generated and sent out for signatures via SpotDraft based on certain actions that happen on Darwinbox. Once the contracts are executed, they come back to Darwinbox as an attachment against that particular record.

What is this feature? This feature will allow users to choose what additional information they want to add to their reports in addition to the contract key pointers such as Business User, Legal User, Creation Date, Last Updated Date, etc. Why is it important? Different teams and organizations have different sets of information they would want to see in their reports. With this feature, we want to give the user the flexibility and reduce the need to approach the CSM team to get this done.

This feature will allow users to create child documents such as amendments/addendums from existing contracts - using pre-filled details.
