Signatory users, especially counterparty users and executives, are overwhelmed by multiple, seemingly unconnected emails for signing a set of contracts\. This inefficiency can deter users from sending contracts to key stakeholders, like board members, due to the potential annoyance of receiving too many emails\.

The initial version \(V0\) will enable users to track all their contracts and their statuses in a single view, addressing the issue of visibility\.
