Coupa handles most of the procurement related aspects, such as info collection, predefined approvals, etc. When it's time to get legal approval and then create a draft contract, the users will have to reach out to their legal team separately, hence creating a point of friction. Once the legal has approved their request, they have to now inform the user again.
The SpotDraft-Coupa integration will seamlessly create contracts on SpotDraft based on triggers set on Coupa. The required information will be auto-fetched based on dynamic and fully self-serve mapping, and assign the legal reviewer as needed. The user need to not any additional step for all of these to happen.
Similarly, when a legal person approve a spend, this information is automatically pushed back to Coupa, thus informing the user that they can proceed further.
