What’s New:

We're always looking for ways to make your experience with SpotDraft more intuitive and efficient. To help you navigate through SpotDraft's features more seamlessly, we have moved our navigation from a top bar to a side bar. The new side navigation layout is designed to make it easier to find the tools you need, when you need them.

How to Adapt:

Next time you log in, you’ll see the side navigation bar on the left side of your screen, and a tour to take you through the new navigation. Hover over the main categories to expand the sub-menu items. Click on any feature to go directly to it.

Here's what has changed -

"New Workflows" is now "New+"

We've split it up into clearer sections, so that it's easier to find what you're looking for.

Create Workflows:

Template Contract: Choose from your pre-made templates

• This was previously labeled as "New Contract"

Express Contract: Create & trigger a standard contract via a public link

• Now added to the 'New' section (if enabled on your workspace)

Contract Campaigns: Send the same contract to multiple counterparties all at once

• This was previously labeled was "Bulk Contracts"

Upload Workflows & Third-Party Paper

Submit for Review: Upload a contract for your team to review

• This was previously labeled as "Third Party Contract"

Request Signature: Upload and send contracts for signatures

• This was previously labeled as "Sign Contract"

Add Contract to Repository: Store your existing contracts securely

• This was previously labeled as "Executed Contract"

New "Manage" section

We've added a new section for you to easily access, configure and manage Workflows, Contract Types and more! You no longer need to visit the Settings page to access this anymore.

Note: Workflow Manager is currently in beta and will be rolled out to all customers in phases.

Settings is now easily accessible from the Navigation Bar.

You can now access organization settings and access control in a single click!

In-App Chat & Help

We've introduced an in-app help center, where you can easily search and access support articles and how-tos without navigating away from the app.

Or you can click the chat icon to quickly chat with our support team, who are still there to assist you!
