ICYMI: Introducing SpotDraft Clickthrough, Improvements to Signing Page, and Enhanced User Access Control.

Introducing SpotDraft Clickthrough

We are excited to introduce SpotDraft Clickthrough.

Navigate the Clickthrough landscape quickly and confidently with SpotDraft Clickthrough, your latest ally. It is designed to seamlessly capture customer consent to standard terms, bringing a renewed sense of transparency and assurance. And the benefits don't stop there:

  • Cost Efficiency: Say goodbye to unnecessary expenses.
  • Risk Management: Minimize legal and financial vulnerabilities.
  • Enhanced Experience: Elevate the journey for both customers and businesses.

Improvements to the Signing Page

In terms of ongoing improvements, we've introduced more changes to the Sign flow in SpotDraft:

  • The initial step has been renamed from "Add recipient" to "Manage Recipient." This enhancement enables users to add recipients, set the sign service, determine the sign order, and more.
  • Introducing a new "assign fields" step! Users can now effortlessly select signatories from a dropdown and allocate fields after the "Manage Recipient" step.
  • We've refined the user interface by updating our buttons with more explicit call-to-actions, ensuring a more intuitive and transparent step-by-step experience for all users.

Improvements to Email Experience on SpotDraft (Coming Soon)

We are excited to announce new additions to your in-app email experience. Now, you can do much more than send contracts to your counterparty.

  • Choose between a standard template or custom text email formats.
  • Record emails sent and their responses on the contract's Activity Log.
  • Upload attachments received over email as supporting documents, updated contract versions, or for comparison - from your Activity Log.
  • Use the contract's unique email address to email your Activity log.

Deactivation/Reactivation of Users

Deactivation/Reactivation of Users

In our latest update, we're introducing the ability for you to deactivate temporarily and, when needed, reactivate SpotDraft user accounts. This functionality is now accessible across all workspaces.

How Does It Work?

  • Deactivation: Temporarily suspends a user's access to their workspace.
  • Reactivation: Seamlessly restores the user's prior settings and permissions.

Why Introduce User Deactivation?

  • Flexibility for Varied Scenarios: You have control if an employee takes an extended break or a consultant concludes their tenure.
  • Standard SaaS Feature: Aligning with best practices seen in many SaaS platforms.
  • SCIM Provisioning Compatibility: Essential for numerous SCIM Provisioning functions in platforms like Okta and Azure, among other IdPs.
