🚀 Introducing Clickthrough's Separate Repository View in SpotDraft!
Now, Clickthrough contracts are automatically separated from day-to-day contracts in SpotDraft. Users can efficiently manage their Clickthrough contracts with search and report generation features. New Clickthrough workspaces will have this view as the default.
Â
🔄 Introducing Clickthrough Re-Acceptance Feature!
Now, users can gather re-acceptance for the current agreement version, even from those who agreed to previous versions. Easily specify re-acceptance for the latest version during and after publishing. The SDK provides user acceptance info, enabling pop-ups or notifications for changes to prior versions.

Approval Actions are now available to all SpotDraft Users
Say goodbye to support team requests for actions during approvals (approval actions) . Now, easily manage actions like execution, upload, download, and sending to a counterparty for all approvals at once, streamlining the process.
You can also exempt specific users from universal action blocks, granting them special privileges. With a completely self-serve setup. This is now available to all SpotDraft workspaces.

Bulk Invite users to SpotDraft now
We are excited to introduce an intuitive UI that the users can use to bulk invite users in two ways:
- Enter the details one by one if you just need to invite a few folks to your workspace.
- Copy-paste details from a spreadsheet. This can be used when there is a large set of users to invite.
